SEE OUR FUTURE HOME

In 2018, a group of generous people helped us purchase 14 acres at an ideal location and time in the market. Though 2020 halted the project, our vision has only grown and been refined. In a world desperate for connection, what if we built a destination for our community to connect? A place that is home to Northpoint on Sunday, but that benefits our community every day?

We have partnered with a local developer called TOPO to bring this vision to life. Pictured below are renderings of this 10 building, 140K square foot project, one building of which will be Northpoint’s 39K sq ft home. Over the next 18 months, we will be looking to raise $1.5 million to make the move.

FUTURE HOME HIGHLIGHTS

  • The 14 acres is at 10858–10860 E Crystal Falls Pkwy Leander, TX  78641 United States
  • Our church building will be 62% larger, growing from 24K to 39K sq ft.
  • 750-person adult auditorium that is ideal for growth while maintaining personal connection.
  • Designated student space for Transit and InsideOut with rooms for small groups is the size of our current auditorium.
  • We will have two large group spaces in Upstreet and a special needs room.
  • Starting Point group space will triple.
  • Partnering with TOPO, we will have restaurants, coffee shops, work space, shopping, and more for the community.
  • This will be a home for Northpoint on Sunday that benefits the community every day through marketplace.
  • Northpoint will be the largest percentage owner in the overall project.
