Day 2: Isaiah 55:8-9

Scripture: “‘For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,’ declares the Lord. ‘As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.’”

Reflect: God’s thoughts and ways are higher than ours, often beyond what we can fully understand. That’s what makes Him God. While we may have our own plans and ideas, He invites us to trust that His vision for our lives and for Austin is far greater than anything we could imagine. Take time to reflect on how stepping out in faith and generosity might align you with His bigger plan for this city and the people in it.

Prayer: “God, align my thinking with Your greater purpose for our future home. Help me surrender my own plans and trust Your ways, knowing that they are far greater than what I can imagine.”

Optional Element: Write down a big, bold prayer you have for Austin. Ask God to show you how He might use you to help shape this city.
